4. Service-Specific Terms

  • Distribution Services: Users must guarantee that all music, video, or digital assets submitted for distribution do not infringe upon any third-party rights. OTT Arabia is not liable for copyright disputes arising from user-submitted content.
  • AI & SaaS Solutions: Use of our AI and SaaS tools is subject to the specific subscription plan or service agreement signed at the time of purchase.
  • White Label Solutions: You are responsible for the management and end-user support of any platform deployed via our White Label services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Pricing: Service fees are outlined on our website or in custom service contracts.
  • Billing: Payments must be made according to the schedule specified for your chosen service.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital distribution and marketing services, fees are generally non-refundable once the service execution has commenced.
