Refund and Cancellation Policy

At OTT Arabia (OTT Arabia FZ-LLC), License No: 45003794, we are dedicated to empowering creators and labels through professional distribution, AI solutions, and SaaS platforms. Because our services involve digital assets, intellectual property licensing, and labor-intensive technical setups, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate allocation of resources (global syndication, server provisioning, and manual review), all sales are generally final. Once a service has been initiated or content has been delivered to third-party platforms, OTT Arabia cannot offer a full refund.
2. Service-Specific Conditions
A. Digital Distribution (Music & Video)
- Quality Control Rejection: If your content is rejected by our team for failing to meet technical standards (e.g., low-quality audio, incorrect metadata, or artwork issues), you will be allowed to resubmit. If you choose to cancel the order instead, a 20% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the manual review process.
- Copyright & Fraud: In line with our anti-fraud protocols, if content is flagged for copyright infringement or artificial streaming/manipulation, no refund will be issued, and the account may be terminated without notice.
- Third-Party Platforms: Once content is delivered to stores (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.), the service is considered fulfilled. We cannot offer refunds for delays caused by these third-party platforms.
B. White-Label & SaaS Solutions
- Setup Fees: Any “Setup,” “Onboarding,” or “Integration” fees for our White-Label platforms are 100% non-refundable once the technical environment has been provisioned or domain mapping has begun.
- Custom Development: For bespoke AI or Blockchain integrations, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
C. Marketing & Promotion
- Ad Spend: Funds allocated for third-party advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) are non-refundable once the campaign has been scheduled or launched.
- Performance-Based Results: As we provide the tools for engagement but do not control audience behavior, we do not offer refunds based on the “performance” (e.g., number of streams, views, or likes) of a campaign.
3. Subscription Cancellations
For recurring subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us (https://ottarabia.com/bcd31-contact-us/)
- Cancellation stops future billing, but no prorated refunds are provided for the remaining period of the current cycle. Your access will remain active until the end of the paid term.
4. Eligibility for a Full Refund
A full refund may be granted only if:
- Duplicate Payment: A technical error resulted in being charged twice for the same service.
- Immediate Cancellation: A request is made within 24 hours of purchase, provided that no distribution, manual review, or technical setup has started.
- Non-Delivery: OTT Arabia is unable to fulfill the service due to internal technical failures.

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). OTT Arabia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to comply with regional regulations and partner platform requirements.
